Brief Description:  Deburring and priming

First thing this morning I started assembling the tail cone. This is the tail skin, F-711 & F-712 Bulkheads and the tailwheel spring holder weldment. Most builders complain about the fit or the riveting of this assembly. It was tough to get clecoed originally but I made sure all was trimmed properly for the weldment and all the flanges were angled to fit the skin well and this piece came out very nice. It made my day and looks very good. I didn't even scratch any of the paint. Then I started with stiffener deburr, dimple, clean and prime. Moved on to the last side skin and de-blued, deburred, dimpled, cleaned and them primed. All of the tail assembly is ready for final assembly and riveting. I will first go buy a couple of new heavyduty sawhorses.
