Built a jig for holding the ailerons while riveting skins. Clamped jig to the table and started riveting. Finished both ailerons skin to nose skin to spar rivets. Squeeze rivet skins to main ribs. Clecoed the ailerons to the table. Next is the trailing edge. The directions say to just back rivet the trailing edge but everyone else seems to use the rudder trailing edge method. That is using Proseal on the trailing edge and letting it dry while clecoed to the table. Then back rivet after a couple of days. The board is to hold weights. These will hold the aileron flat on the table while Prosealing or riveting.
