Started the morning by cleaning up the skins and priming the stiffener lines only. Deburred stiffeners , dimpled then primed. Back riveted the stiffeners to the skins. Assembled the aileron skeletons with skins and leading edge skin. Match drilled everything and then pulled the leading edge skin back off. This allowed the assembly to relax so i could drill the trailing edge in assembly to the table with the trailing edge wedge. Pulled everything back apart, deburred, dimpled and primed. Started re3-assembly. Riveted the counter balance tube to the nose ribs then riveted the ribs to the spar. Riveted the plate nut in place. Riveted the rear ribs to the spar. Clecoed the the skins in place. Time to cleco the nose skin in place but I haven't dimpled or primed them yet. That will be tomorrow.
