Counter sink skin at baffle. Drill to size #19 tank attach holes and splicde plate.Drill and counter sink brackets for nut plates. Cleaned and primed brackets and riveted nut plates. I ran out of nut plates and found that I had used them on the inboard tank rib for access plate. Drilled rivets out to salvage nut plates and finished brackets. I will need to replace the nut plates with the correct ones.Riveted nut plates to spar at inboard tank bracket.
