Fluted rib flanges to get them straight, drilled holes in the webs to run conduit the length of the wing and then made sure all flanges were 90 degrees to the web. Assembled the front spar, ribs and rear spar then match drilled all holes. After having an assembly that looks like a wing it was time to take it back apart. Now I will deburr, clean and prime for assembly.
