I drilled the wing tip to the existing holes in the wing skins. Then drilled the hinge to these holes, clecoed the hinges in the tip and then drilled the inside strip holes. Pulled he hinge out and then cut the flange off of the tip. This flange is then used as a spaced so the hinge matches the thickness of the tip. Deburred and dimped the skin. Counter sunk the holes in the fiberglass strip and riveted it with the hinge to the skin. I counter sunk the holes in the tip. Sanded the inside hinge side and drilled extra holes. Cleaned with Acetone and epoxied in place while riveting to the tip.
