Started the day with drilling, dimpling and riveting the F-915 ribs to the bottom skin. Then to the floor pans. My new son-in-law Alan came by to help finish up some rivets on the bottom skin and the aft section. I then bent and twisted the replacement longeron. This meant it was time to join the sections together and since I had help it was the perfect time. I had to file the slots for the longeron in each of the bulkheads and then slid them in place and clecoed the skin back in place to hold them in. We then moved the center section into place and clecoed. Added the side skins and fluted and drilled the arm rests. Removed the side skins and bent the curve to the aft ends on the side skin. Installed the F-623 corner ribs and clecoed the skins back on. I clamped the left longeron in place and drilled every hole up to the F-904 spar carry through. Starting to look like an airplane. Also getting rather large. Marsha may have lost her space in the garage.
