Brief Description:  Flap

I had a good day in the shop today. A few months ago I had leak tested my left fuel tank and had a leak that I was unable to find. I moved on without fixing the problem and figured I would get to it later. Well today was later. The wing is back on the stand so after I completed the leading edge landing light yesterday I leak checked again. Still leaking. So this morning I tried again. I used soap bubbles again and still was unable to find the leak. It was starting to look like I would need to remove the tank from the wing to access the back basffle and outboard ind rib. I turned everything off in the shop and got everything quite. I could hear the leak at the inboard in. Kept playing with it until I found that the access plate on the inboard end was the problem. I can't believe I counld not find it with bubbles. Removed the cover and cleaned all of the sealer off. Resealed and reinstalled. Tank leak checked perfect. Held good all day just like the right tank. That made my day.
Then on to the right flap.Got it assembled and the trailing edge Prosealed and clecoed to the table. This will sit for a few days and then I will rivet the trailing edge. I installed the electric conduit in the right wing. While the leftover Proseal was wet I put a dab on the conduit of both wings at the hole in the ribs. I have a few things to tighten up and torque and then the left wing bottom skins go on for good.
