I didn't get the sealer by Fedex today so hopefully tomorrow. I still needed to get the skin and ribs cleaned before sealing so I took the parts outside and setup sawhorses. I used water, Dawn and a scotchbrite pad to clean all of the rivet lines, ribs and stiffeners. Dark and a little cold tonight. It was about 40 degrees when I started. I will clean again with MEK just before assembly. Not having fuel tank leaks is very important so cleaning before sealing is key.
Spotless and scuffed rivet/sealing lines.
Coldest day in Florida so far this winter and I am playing in the water.
