Finished Left spar prep today and I had originally planned on doing one wing at a time but it makes since to do both spars now so tomorrow I will move to the Right spar. First you rivet the tank mounting nut-plates to the spar flange x 62. All these require countersinking a fairly large countersink. Next the inspection access plate get plate-nuts on the spar flange. Then fabricate the tie-down angle and tap 3/8"-16 for an eyebolt. I am priming all of the counter sinks when removing anodizing. It is good to get back to work on the plane after about 3 weeks waiting on the wing kit.
Yes that is a garbage disposal on the work bench. I am jus finishing a kitchen remodel.
