Decided that I would start the fiberglass tips while I wait for the wing kit. I bought West Systems epoxy and some sanding bars. The elevator tips fit with very little shaping. Got these shaped to fit and then glassed in a couple of strips of aluminum to reinforce the rivet strip. Will still need to add strips to the opposite side of each tip. When finished with the tip strips I will cleco these on so that I can final sand the outside shape. I will still have the HS, VS and top and bottom rudder tips to do. None of these will be riveted until the final plane assembly.
