Day 019 'More Landing Gear...'

Short Day today, spent the morning out with Katy doing future family things, so when we got back and parents finally called it a day the day was almost gone, BUT, I managed to put some more time in and got the second landing gear on, this one caused more problems than the first (as previously mentioned) they had a massive 5-10 degree twist in them, and getting this twist out has proven to be difficult. Should it be there.. I cant see how .. Just another small problem.. agh!
Got the nose wheel in place as well, assembled, and one spare rubber washer left over, so this is in place and looking fine! Moves nice and easily, started on the interconnection to the rudder peddles, and tried the UK MOD as mentioned in the book, it seems like a good idea, but I've not gone ahead with it, the rubber grommets would break down, and would be a pain to change when in place as they will be close up to the firewall in the future. Will give it some more thought..
