Brief Description:  Day 017 -- More Works on Cables and Springs!

Day 017 'Cables .. The Start....'

More Photos and Further Notes can be seen at Build Log Day 17.

After some consultation with other builders undertook some modifications as discussed previously, moved the C Cable from having the buckle in the rear to the front, installed the Flap handle spring, its a little long, might replace it, might leave it and make it work, will have a think about it. Built a quick and easy jig to grind the bolts off in place without having to dis-assemble everything, this will save a few hours of stuffing around, and swearing, do this is done, not quite sure that to do with the lower bolts, will have to ask, I suspect there is going to be a hole drilled into the fibreglass. Gleaned up a couple of bolts in the frame, and shortened some of them that I've made with longer bolts to allow for the tangs, couple of tangs where hitting on bolts and these where fixed up as well.
