The day was spent getting the trim tab to fit properly within the elevator. Slow and tedious, but the outcome was successful. Lot's of small detail and fitting work were necessary to get the tab to line up perfectly i the slot and function smoothly. So far so good. Attaching the hinge was problematic in that each tab is easily bent if not careful. Also, the hinge under the rear elevator spar needed a lot of trimming to avoid the top bend. Lots of scotch brite wheel work going on to accomplish the fit.
