Completed the prep and began riveting the RT elevator. The elevator horn was installed over the flush rivets for the spar/rib junction. This where I installed the 713 skin over the 701 skin. It should have been the other way. Dumb move. But it's done and will soon be removed and redone properly. Oh, well!
