Brief Description: Engine controls installion

Determined routing for the engine controls and brackets. Attached throttle cable lock device to the engine. Drilled prop cable lock to attach bracket and installed mixture cable lock to engine. Restrung cables, installed eye pass thrus. Installed SIC rudder pedal extensions.
