Brief Description: Completing HS forward spar and rib riveting
Finished all of the HS-702 front spar to skin riveting and HS-708 rear rib. The rear spar goes in next but I am holding off on that step until the structure is inspected.
I did move to the next step and started riveting the HS-404 nose rib and half way back on the tip rib. This should give the skin plenty of flex to insert the rear spar for assembly.
The structure is still flexing since the rear spar has not been installed. I might temporarily fasten the rear spar with clecos to lock the stablizer down when I load it up and take it out to be inspected.
I am still not satisfied with the spray can primer. It really does not hold up well at all when any of the tools or parts rub against it. I have alot of touch up to do prior to installing the rear spar.
