Brief Description: Jig for enlarging phenolic wheel pulley bore to 5
Some of the phenolic wheel pulleys had to have their bores updrilled to 5/16 inch. No real good way to hold them in a vise so I made this little jig out of a couple of pieces of cedar board. Took 2 pieces of cedar and line drilled 3- 1/8" holes and then updrilled the two outer holes to facillitate some 10/32 screws. Took a 1' wood paddle bit and drilled down in the middle hole about 1/8" into each piece of wood. Countersunk the bottom piece where the 10/32 screws are so it would lay flat in my drill press vise and line drilled the 5/16 hole in the center hole of the jig. Clamped the phenolic wheel betwent the 2 pieces of wood and drilled the 5/16"holes.
