Cut elevator skin to proper demensions preassembled elevator. Layed out and drilled piano hinge to top of elevator with hinge top .057 below the plane of top elevator skin. Preassembled elevator and updrilled for blind rivets. Screwed short piece of hinge to bench in 2 places to hold the hinge half while deburring. Deburred all components of the elevator and clecoed back together. Completed riveting.
