Installed paddle assembly attachments as per ONX-W19 Revision A. Found that 3 screws called out for pivot block were too short(back side of picture #2). Used (6) 1 1/4 " screws for attaching pivot block tp doubler plate. Installed main pivot locking pin and handle.
