Cut and fit both fiberglass wing tips for horizontal tail. Riveted on with CCP44 blind rivets. Found stainless steel metric washers at local Ace Hardware that fit perfectly over CCP44 rivets and used them on fiberglass portion of tips that were not sandwiched under skin(photo 3). Also used hand riveter for those rivets.
