Brief Description:  Cowl part 1

Removed the baffle components.

Deburred the tabs for the firewall row of Skybolts. Countersunk the rivet holes in the tabs.

Leveled the fuselage in both axes.

Set up a laser level with the horizontal line aligned with the center of the crankshaft. Marked the location where the laser line contacted on the LH and RH fuselage. This is the point where the cowl split line will be. I used this location to determine where the horizontal row of Skybolts will be to determine where to put the Skybolt tabs on the LH and RH side that will be to lowest ones on the top cowl half.

Lined up a Skybolt tab in the top center of the fuselage, clamped it in place and match drilled through the firewall flange into the tab.

Located the rest of the tabs equally spaced between the top center one and the two bottom ones I previously located. Match drilled and clecoed all of the holes in the tabs.

Removed the tabs. Deburred and counter sunk the holes.

Clecoed the tabs back on the firewall and riveted them in place.
