Brief Description: EGT and CHT probes plus Red Cube bracket
Installed the four CHT probes in the threaded ports in the bottom of the cylinder heads. Used anti-seize compound on the threads.
Marked the locations for the EGT probes in the exhaust stacks. I found that the best location for all of them was 2 3/4 inches down the exhaust stack flange. The clocking varied between cylinders to allow for clearance from nearby equipment, wires etc.
Drilled 1/8 inch holes in the stacks, inserted the EGT probes in the hole and tightened the worm clamp around the stacks. I also trimmed 1 inch off the end of the strap of the clamp
Fabricated a bracket for the red cube fuel flow sensor from .063 aluminum. Temporarily installed the sensor, bracket and hoses. I'll need to install a grommet in the hole in the baffle were the hose from the sensor to the fuel divider goes though before I can do the final installation. I have a high temperature grommet of the required size on order from McMaster Carr
