Brief Description: Forward elevator control stop and rudder
Final trimmed the elevator forward control stop to achieve the specified down travel.
Reinstalled the vertical stabilizer and hung the rudder. The bottom rod end on the rudder was out of alignment with the holes in the rudder hinge brackets so I removed the rudder again and screwed the bottom rod end in one full turn. I reinstalled the rudder and all three holes lined up well.
Clecoed the rudder stops in place. Next up is to trim the rudder stops to achieve the required 33 degrees left and right travel.
