Installed LH wing tip on the wing and clecoed the holes in the top skin. Aligned the TE with the aileron and match drilled the bottom of the tip to the skin (actually this was redrilling them after plugging the miss drilled set with epoxy.
Removed the tip from the wing, Cut the bottom hinge to lenght, Clamped it in place and Match drilled the wide (inboard) flange to the holes in the tip.
Layed out a row of rivet holes parallel to the row that was match drilled to the wing skin. This row is for the rivets that attach the outboard hinge half. Drilled through the tip and outboard hinge half at the layed out locations.
