Brief Description: Completed pitot tube pumbing and wiring
Drilled four holes in the pitot mast and pitot/AOA tube. Tapped holes for 6-32 screws and countersunk the mast for flush screws.
Cut and flared the 3/16" aluminum tubes that extend out from the top of the pitot/AOA tube into the wing. Installed fittings to mate the aluminum tubes to the plastic tubes in the wing. Installed the plastic tubes in the wing, attached them to the pitot/AOA and secured them with adel clamps.
Cut the pitot/AOA heat power, ground and status wire leads to length, installed braided sleeving, installed the female molex connector and plugged the connector together with the plug on the harness leading to the wing root.
Bundled the pitot/AOA heat and stall warning wires in the wing root together using string ties. Labeled the wires using paper printed labels (8 pt font) under clear shrink tubing. Cut and installed the 1 1/16” spacer for the bellcrank to long aileron pushrod attach bolt.
