Cut the 12 ft long 1 1/4 inch diameter tube into two 59 3/16 inch tubes. Used a drum sander in the dremel and then a scotchbite wheel in the die grinder to smooth then IDs on the ends to the end fittings would fit.
Layed out the hole locations for the six blind rivets that attach the end fittings to the tubes. Drilled the tube and both end fittings for one of the tube assemblies.
