Brief Description:  RH fuel sender float and fuel pickup

Used a metal pushrod leftover from an RC airplane kit as a mockup for the RH fuel float wire. Bent it per the plans and did a trial fit in the tank. Cut and bent and installed the wire for the RH fuel float. Checked the resistance of the fuel level sending unit in the full and empty positions. The resistance values matched the spec requirements called out in the plan.

Deburred the spacer for the RH fuel pickup AN fitting. Torqued the retaining nut for the AN fitting. Installed the fuel pickup tube for the RH tank and torqued to the minimum value. Selected the anti-rotation clip (of the two versions provided) that lined up with the fuel pickup B nut. Deburred the anti-rotation clip, clecoed it in place and match drilled the clips with the access plate.
