Brief Description:  Fuel tank end rib prep

Drilled holes that mount in inboard fuel tank ribs that attach the fuel tank access plate to the ribs. Drilled rivet holes in inboard ribs for access plate attach screws. Deburred all holes. Cut the fuel pickup tube anti-rotation brackets appart.
