Laid out the hole pattern on the LH T-405 bracket flange for the rivets that attach it to the tank rib. Grabbed the drill which already had what I thought was a 1/8” bit in it and drilled the first hole. That’s when I noticed that the bit was a number 19. Note to self - Don’t talk on the phone and work on the airplane at the same time. I decided to remake the angle from the remaining 2x2 ½ inch angle stock. Fortunately it only took about an hour and a half to make and it was of better quality than the first one.
I also drilled the 1/8” holes in the RH T-405 angle and match drilled it to the tank rib and reinforcement plate. I then deburred all four of the reinforcement plates.
