Drilled hole for tie down ring in RH LE. Clamped and drilled RH LE inboard rib in place and backdrilled through LE skin and spar Removed inboard rib, clamped splice plate in place and back drilled through LE skin. Removed splice place then assembled rib and splce plate to LE skin and spar
