Bolted attach angles to spar. Clecoed LH fuel tank ribs to tank skin. Clecoed tank baffle to tank skin. Placed tank on spar, pushed it outboard against the LE and strapped tank down. Match drilled inboard attach angle by match drilling through inboard rib and baffle. Removed LE from spar and drilled outboard attach angle through OB rib and baffle. Removed tank skin with ribs other than the IB and OB ribs. Match drilled attach angles through baffle.
