Scuffed and dimpled the rudder skin. Primed the udder skin and stiffeners. Started the buildup of the rudder substructure which included fabricating some parts from sheet metal. Carefully fit the rudder horn brace to spar and rib. Many builders have had problems maintaining edge distance because it was trimmed too much.
