Brief Description:  Reinstalled GPS ant bracket and fuel servo

Reinstalled the GPS bracket extension and GPS antenna after painting the extension

Reinstalled the fuel servo which had been sent back to Avstar for testing as part of trouble shooting the low fuel flow indication issues I've been having. Installed a replacement fuel flow sensor and replacement short fuel line (fuel servo to fuel flow sensor) I had decided to replace the sensor since the fuel flow indications were low and Avstar found nothing wrong with the servo. When I removed the original sensor and the short fuel line, I found that the fuel line had a defect on the inside that could potentially obstruct fuel flow so I got a replacement. I also replaced the carbon steel fittings on the sensor with stainless steel ones because I read that the carbon steel fittings can rust on the inside.

Test ran the engine. At full power static run up the fuel flow was 14.5 gph. Previously it was never higher than 8.5 on static run up so hopefully I'll have close to 16 gph on takeoff which is the value I've been shooting for. It's never been above 10.5 even after adjusting the K factor for the sensor.

Edit: on the test flight a couple of days later the fuel flow was 15.6 on take off.
