Brief Description:  Post flight checks

Pulled the cowl off and inspected the engine for post flight checks. There's a slight oil leak under the oil temp sensor. I had noticed this after one of the engine runs and tightened the sensor but it's still leaking so I ordered a few new crush washers one of which will be installed prior to the next flight. I didn't see any other signs of leaks.

I also discovered that the pivot screw for the alternate air door had fallen out during flight. Installed a new screw and nylon washer using Loctite on the threads.

Noticed scuff marks on the front of the snorkel indicating contact between it and the lower cowl. I'll keep an eye on it and may need to modify the snorkel in the future.

Performed a test to evaluate the fuel servo mixture setting by running the engine and setting the throttle at 200 rpm increments and recording the RPM increase just before idle cutoff when the mixture was pulled back. Showed the data to an A&P mechanic who recommended flying the airplane for 2 5 hours and rechecking. Also performed an acceleration test by quickly opening the throttle from idle to full. The engine responded quickly and did not stumble.

Made some changes to the Skyview EMS configurations based on feedback from the test pilot

Continued installation of the Reiff heater wire harness.
