Brief Description: Wing tips and flap fairing work.
Sanded and cleaned the faying surfaces at the aft ends of the wing tips. Mixed up some epoxy/flox and applied inside the aft ends of the wing tips were the tips had been slit appart.
Final-Drill #19 all remaining screw holes common between the F-872APP and F-872BPP Wing Root Fairings and the wings and the screw holes common between the F-826-1 and F-827-1 Center Bottom Skins and the bottom of the wings.
Deburred the wing fairings and flap fairiings and wing and flap fairings
Dimpled wing fairings for #8 screws. Dimpled the flap fairings for #40 rivets.
Scuffed cleaned and primed the inside surfaces of the flap fairings.
Used a close quarters dimpling tool to dimple the flap fairing mounting holes in the lower aft skin.
