Brief Description: Fuel tank attach brackets and wing alignment part
Completed fabrication of the F-863 fuel tank attach brackets.
Hung two plum lines along the trailing edge of each wing. one the root end and one at the tip, to aid in squaring the wings to the fuselage. Began squaring the wings by measuring from the aft end of the fuselage to the wing tips and adjusted the sweep of each wing until the distance matched.
Riveted an angle to one end of the angle-of-incidence spacer so that it can be clamped to the carpenter’s level when using it to aid in setting the angle-of-incidence.
