Sanded the edges of the fiberglass epoxy plies to blend them into the VS tip cap. Applied dry micro to the edges of the tip cap.
Wet sanded the spot putty on the horizontal stabilizer tip caps. Sprayed them with filler primer.
Cut a slot in the forward end of the rudder bottom from the wire grommet hole to the edge to allow the tail light wire to be removed from the rudder without removing the pins from the connector.
Prepped the faying surfaces of the rudder bottom and its mounting strips. Applied T-88 adhesive and blind riveted the rudder bottom to the rudder.
