Brief Description: More empenage work and misc

Sanded the micro on the bottom of the tip caps on the horizontal stabilizer. Applied superfill to the pin holes. Removed the vertical stabilizer so I can take it home and lay up some plies over the tip cap close out. Filed the canopy latch to reduce the force it takes to close it Removed the cowl and replaced one of the spade connectors on the #4 CHT wire that had been installed incorrectly and was causing intermittent readings Sanded the superfill on the HS tips. Applied spot putty
