Removed the oil door from the upper cowl (with a little help from a plastic hammer) and cleaned up the cured micro. The fit of the door was a little tight so I used a small file to remove some of the micro.
Bonded the oil door hinge shims to the inside of the upper cowl.
Added some more epoxy/micro to the upper forward corner of the door cut out.
