Brief Description:  Miscellaneous work on cowl, baffles and engine.

Bonded cowl lip seals to retaining clips using pliobond rubber cement

Remade the inboard inlet baffle seals

Removed the snorkel. Cleaned the tape off of the front of the fuel servo. Reinstalled the snorkel with a gasket between the it and the servo. Safety wired the bolts.

Drilled #30 holes in the alternator belt tension arm and installed two of the large flanged blind rivets used to fasten the baffle seals to the baffles. I created space between the rivet flanges and the tension arm by placing a washer that had been ground down to form a "U" shape on the shanks of the rivets. After the rivets were set I removed the washer. The rivets will be used to secure the safety wires from the alternator mounting hardware.
