Drilled the upper cowl (15/32") for the skybolt fastener grommets. Intalled the grommets and studs in the upper cowl.
Riveted the skybolt retainers to the skybolt flanges. Adjusted the retainers to that the studs sit flush and removed the antilock pins to lock the retianers in position so that the studs are removed with 1/4 turn.
Using a step drill to drill 15/32 holes for the skybolt retainers
