Received the replacement pilot's stick that I ordered from Van's. Cut it to length (1/4 inch shorter than the previous one so it will clear the instrument panel).
Drilled the mounting hole slot for the Infinity stick. Filed off the powder coating in the area where the stick grip will clamp and primed the bare metal.
Spent significant time deciding where mount the headset jacks and how to run their wires. Settled on the LH mid fuselage support area (F-805 and F806 frames).
