Brief Description: Seat mockup and lower switch console
Fabricated a mockup of the pilot's seat bottom based on dimensions I took from a vendor's seat at Sun-n-fun. I made the mockup so that I can sit at the correct approximate height when verifying the layout of cockpit controls, switches and instruments.
Drilled the lower switch console for the four essential bus switches and switch guards. I had laid out the hole pattern with Visio so I printed out a full scale template and used it to drill all of the holes.
