Brief Description: ELT antenna cable

Installed a BNC connector on the unterminated end of the ELT antenna cable. Connected it to the ELT and secured the cable to the E-bus wire bundle with string ties. Clecoed the aft fuselage upper skin in place to check the fit now that it's dimpled.
