Brief Description:  OAT sensors and wiring

Drilled 3/8" holes thru the tailcone skins on the LH and RH sides for the Dynon outside air temperature sensors. The sensors will be under the center of the LH and RH stabilizers. This location seems to be the consensus choice of builders. It keeps the sensors out of direct sunlight and its far enough aft to avoid heated air from the engine exhaust.

I next routed the wires through the bulkhead and along the wire bundle with the wires for the tail lights and pitch trim servo. I had to cut the previously tied lacing cord knots from the tail wires and tie new ones with the OAT wires in the bundle.

The OAT wire will connect to the primary and backup ADAHRS units.
