Fabricated a bracket to support the flap position sensor. Installed nut plates on the F807 lower bulkhead to mount the bracket to. The bracket holds the sensor at a ~30 degree angle to the bulkhead to align it with the relative motion of the bracket mounted to the flap actuator assembly.
Adjusted the position of the clamps on the flap actuator and the length of the pushrod to get the required range of motion of the flap position sensor. Final adjustments will be required after the wings and flaps are installed.
