Trimmed the LG braces to clear the Grove gear brackets.
Clamped 4 foor 1 1/2 inch aluminum angles to both LG legs. Dropped plumbobs from each corner and from the front and back on the centerline. Marked the centerline in the front, back and at a midpoint corresponding to the aft end of the aluminum angles.
Adjusted the LG leg positions until the LH and RH, fore and aft distances were equal. Used cargo straps to pull the outboard ends of the gear legs down to hold them tight in position while drilling.
The plan for tomorrow is to check the dimensions again and then drill the holes through the brackets and intor the LG weldments.
