Brief Description: RH HS tip closeout

Sanded the LH HS and elevator tips. The gap between them is now 3/16" which is within spec. Trimmed 1/8" off of the aft end of the RH HS tip. Cut a new plywood closeout and floxed it in place. Sanded the tip of the RH HS
