I started on the redo of the roll bar. One of the mistakes I had made was the location of the F=732D bracket. I located the holes for that bracket first this time, then back drilled to those hole to the F-631E plate. I used a slightly larger piece of material to maintain edge distantance for the tooling holes in the channels. As you can see, one row of holes in the plate are slightly offset to give the proper location of the bracket.
